About
Megan Cox is a photographer with a passion for storytelling, conceptual ideas and connection. Born in Adelaide, Australia and studied in Melbourne, she draws inspiration from design trends, culture and her diverse life experiences. An education in a Bachelor of Photography and a Diploma of Intercultural Studies fuels the collaborative approach to Megan’s work, creating authentic and engaging images that not only resonate with clients and audiences but represent their unique voice or brand. Her commercial work spans across fashion, portraits, product, dance, food and lifestyle. As a regular contributor for Broadsheet Media, she documents notable venues and stories across Adelaide.
Alongside her commercial work, Megan offers sessions for couples and families, capturing special moments for every stage of life.
She also enjoys pursuing personal documentary projects that explore social issues and lived experience — from ageism and adolescence to street harassment and self-expression through movement and the body.
Megan regularly travels between Adelaide and Melbourne, and she is always open to new work opportunities. If you have a brief or project in mind, don’t hesitate to reach out.
