Cultural Gaze explores the taboo topic of women and aging as its portrayed in society. There are a lot of external messages and ideas that are subtly communicated through advertising and the beauty industry which influence one's perceptions. This series considers the personal experiences of a variety of women from different ages and backgrounds, using both interviews and portraiture.
